Condensate drainage

The generation of compressed air is always connected with the formation of condensate. In most cases, this condensate contains oil, is contaminated with dirt particles and spreads out in the entire compressed-air system. A system problem which can result in damage and additional costs. 
The BEKOMAT drains condensate in the compressed-air system in an electronically level-controlled manner. More than 2,000,000 installations worldwide make it the industrial standard for reliable and cost-effective condensate drainage.

2. CONDENSTATE PROCESSING

Oil-water separation / activated-carbon replacement filters / emulsion splitting plants

Compressed-air condensate often consists of 99% water and 1% oil. Therefore, on-site processing of the oil-containing condensate by means of ÖWAMAT oil-water separation systems is always more favourable than the cost-intensive disposal via specialist companies.
Only the original filters guarantee the reliable and cost-effective function of the ÖWAMAT : OEKOSORBreplacement filters made by BEKO TECHNOLOGIES. They meet all the requirements of the Water Ecology Act and of other relevant provisions. 
Stable emulsions of oil-containing condensate or industrial wastewater cannot be processed by oil-water separation systems. With BEKOSPLIT, the independent, particularly cost-effective processing is possible and useful for every company.

3. COMPRESSED AIR FILTRATION

Filtration

The energy costs of a compressed-air system are decisively influenced by the pressure drop occurring during compressed-air filtration. To maintain the required operating pressure, this pressure drop needs to be compensated by correspondingly higher compressor performance.

4. COMPRESSED AIR DRYING

Drying

In addition to filtration, compressed-air drying contributes significantly to an increase in process reliability. Humidity in compressed-air systems causes corrosion, and promotes the growth of micro-organisms. In individual cases, condensate emerges at the point of use - an ongoing danger for the operational flow, for example because of failing pneumatic controls, increased wear and tear or because of other disturbances in the production process.
With considerably enhanced process reliability, the DRYPOINT dryer technology offers decisive advantages for every field of application. The BEKO TECHNOLOGIES portfolio comprises application-optimised refrigeration, adsorption and membrane dryers for volumes up to 1,500 m³/h. This range of dryers is completed by heat-regenerated EVERDRY adsorption dryers which are designed for large volume flows up to 20,000 m³/h.

6. PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

Process technology
